To kill 99.9 % of the germs on your hands, wet your hands
with Germ Out and rub them together for 15-20 seconds until they
are dry. Hand washing with antibacterial soaps is less effective
in killing germs. To kill the same number of germs on your hands
as Germ Out, you must vigorously scrub them for 3 to 5 minutes
with soap and warm water, rinse, and then dry with a clean towel.
